Privacy Policy

We collect nothing.

Effective 16 July 2026 · applies to Sortabout for iOS, version 1.0 and later

Sortabout does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app works entirely on your device, makes no network connections, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. Your settings and saved shelves are kept only on your device, and are removed if you delete the app. That is the whole policy.

The slightly longer version

No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for, so we never ask for your name, email address, or anything else.

No network. Sortabout works fully offline and makes no network connections. Nothing you do in the app ever leaves your device.

No third parties. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, no crash reporters, and no social plug-ins inside the app.

Local saves only. Your preferences and kept shelves are stored on your device using Apple's standard app storage. Deleting the app deletes them. If you use iCloud device backups, Apple may include this local data in your backup under Apple's own terms — we have no access to it.

Sharing is yours. If you share a shelf image, it is created on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there is entirely your choice; we never see it.

Children. Since no data is collected from anyone, no data is collected from children.

Changes. If a future version ever changes any of this, we will update this page and the App Store privacy label before that version ships.
