How can we help?

Write to support@sortabout.com and a human will reply — usually within a couple of days. Include your device model and iOS version if something isn't behaving.

Am I doing it right?

Yes. There is no wrong way to arrange a shelf — no score, no timer, no fail state. The tick button always works. If your shelf feels right to you, it is right.

Where are my saved shelves?

Tap kept shelves on the menu screen. Shelves are stored only on your device; deleting the app deletes them, so share any favourites as images first.

How do I share a shelf?

Use the share button in the game toolbar, or open a kept shelf and share from there. The image is created on your device and handed to the standard iOS share sheet.

The app is quiet / doesn't vibrate

Sound and haptics have their own toggles in the game toolbar — check the mute and haptics buttons at the top of the screen. The sound is intentionally gentle and mixes under your own music.

Accessibility

Sortabout respects Reduce Motion, labels its controls for VoiceOver, and works with Dynamic Type. If something doesn't work well with your setup, please email — accessibility reports go to the top of the pile.
